Return & Refund Policy

All TLAB items are printed on demand, made to order just for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size — please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at andreew1029@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you — no need to send anything back.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post it.

EU customers: As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right; however, your statutory rights for faulty goods always apply.
